Booking process
- Use the Tracking ID or AirWayBill (AWB).
- Delay trigger = 24 hours.
- Select an insured limit from U.S.$10 up to U.S.$100,000. -
How do we determine the shipment timestamp?
- From the ETD (Est. Time of Departure), all ETAS (Est. Time of Arrival) are frozen and final.

How do we trigger a delay claim?
- If any of the leg's ATA >= ETA + 24 hours.
- Or if Final ATA >= Final ETA + 24 hours. -
